Towelletes and Wipes
We utilize an Enflex F-14 Specialty Towelette Form Fill & Seal machine. The Enflex is designed to place a wide range of towel types and sizes in a broad range of pouch dimensions. This type of machinery is also designed to produce an extremely low waste factor, yielding very cost effective production.
Single Use Specialty Towelettes are commonly used in the following applications:
- Personal Care & Cosmetic
- Automotive Interior and Exterior
- Household Chemical & Cleaning
- Industrial & Military
Sizes: Our machines produce specialty towelettes with a minimum finished pouch size of 2 inches x 2.75 inch, and a maximum of 5.5 inch x 7.75 inches. Minimum towel size before folding is 6 inches x 6 inch, and a maximum of 12 inch x 12 inches. Liquid fill has no minimum and a maximum of 10 ounces or 300cc.
Secondary Pack-out Services: For most applications the project is not complete after packaging the pouch. We provide all the secondary services your company requires to complete the job. Pouches can be packed in various chipboard cartons, displays, blister packs, plastic sleeves etc., or glued to secondary packaging cards or other products. We also offer labeling, jet coding, and pack-out with customized UPC coding, into whatever final form is required.
Inspection Process: Weight checks per each line for fill accuracy, product retains, stability testing, micro testing in and out, Audits welcome.
